From 1993 until 2008 I played much ultimate frisbee all over Europe. My teams included the Amsterdam club Crunch, later renamed Amsterdam Ultimate Club (AUC), and the Dutch National Open Team (2003-2004).
One of the leagues I played in was the Amsterdam City League. It included many inexperienced players and for them, especially the team Frisbee George, I created this Players Handbook with basic frisbee strategy.
